We provide real time updates regarding FBT position throughout the year and produce the annual FBT reports for both clients and customers. We can even increase tax savings where customers exceed their kilometre requirements.
We also use kilometre readings through fuel card usage to track driving patterns and predict running cost spending. Customers receive triggered communications if their budgets are exceeding or falling short of their estimates and options are provided.
In conjunction with our partner, ANZ, Smartsalary provides both a Living Expenses and Meal Entertainment card for employees of a public health service, medical research institute, aged care facility, or Australian Taxation Office approved charity.
These cards allow customers to directly access their tax-free cap and meal entertainment funds, removing the need to submit claims. Provisioned as an ATO-compliant, specialised Visa debit card, customers can make use of their benefits worldwide and can apply for a secondary cardholder.
